高校教师国际化科研成果产出影响因素——基于扎根理论的探索性研究

【摘要】:探索高校教师国际化科研成果产出的影响因素,有利于挖掘现象背后的深层原因,对引导教师向科研国际化方向发展十分有益。扎根理论研究发现,影响国际化成果产出的因素有4类:外驱因素(环境支持和环境驱使)、内驱因素(科研理想和国际化能力)、中介因素(国际化意愿)和调节因素(科研精神)。外驱因素和内驱因素通过影响中介因素促进国际化成果产出,调节因素对中介因素与国际化成果产出间关系起正向调节作用。
[Abstract]:Exploring the influencing factors of university teachers' international scientific research achievements is beneficial to excavate the deep reasons behind the phenomenon and to guide teachers to develop towards the direction of scientific research internationalization. The root theory found that there are four kinds of factors that affect the outcome of internationalization: external driving factors (environment support and environment driven), internal drive factors (scientific research ideal and internationalization ability), Intermediary factors (internationalization will) and regulatory factors (scientific research spirit). The factors of external flooding and internal flooding promote the production of internationalized achievements through the influence of intermediary factors, and the factors of adjustment play a positive role in regulating the relationship between intermediary factors and the output of international achievements.
