基于高考导向下的本科院校人才培养途径

【摘要】：高考承担着为国家选才的重要职能,其未来改革发展方向对本科院校人才培养将产生重要影响。随着国家高考改革步伐的逐步推进,高等本科院校应立足自身实际,顺应高考发展趋势,对接高考改革导向,及时更新教育观念,优化人才培养规格和选拔标准,不断深化人才培养模式改革,通过创新内部管理体制,提高师资队伍整体水平等,推进学校的内涵建设和特色发展,探索新形势下适应经济社会发展需求的人才培养特色道路,努力培养富有创新精神和实践能力的各类创新型、应用型、复合型优秀人才。
[Abstract]:The college entrance examination takes on the important function of selecting talents for the country, and its direction of reform and development in the future will have an important influence on the talent training of undergraduate colleges and universities. With the gradual progress of the national college entrance examination reform, higher colleges and universities should base themselves on their own reality, conform to the development trend of the college entrance examination, align with the reform direction of the college entrance examination, update the educational concept in time, and optimize the standards and standards of talent training. We will continue to deepen the reform of the talent training model, innovate the internal management system, improve the overall level of the teaching staff, and so on, promote the construction of the connotation of the school and the development of its characteristics, and explore the unique way of talent training to meet the needs of economic and social development under the new situation. Strive to cultivate innovative spirit and practical ability of all kinds of innovative, applied, composite talents.
