企业校园招聘中的社会化偏好研究
[Abstract]:With the national economy entering into the new normal, the economic structure urgently needs to be transformed and upgraded, and the demand for high-quality talents in enterprises is increasing day by day. Campus recruitment has become an important means for enterprises to attract talents. Since the implementation of the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of college graduates has increased year after year. At the same time, the comprehensive quality of college students and their performance after entering the society are uneven, especially the degree of socialization is worrying, and some students can not even adapt to the social environment for a long time. It is the key content of academic research to probe into the constitution of college students' socialization and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. In view of this, this article chooses the root theory research method in the qualitative research, studies the university student socialization content in the enterprise campus recruitment, in order to obtain the socialization structure and the preference in the enterprise campus recruitment, Furthermore, it provides guidance for college students and universities to develop and cultivate socialization with the aim of improving employment ability. In the aspect of research content, this paper adopts the combination of purpose sampling and snowball sampling, with the aid of text mining technology and in-depth interview method, obtains the network information of enterprise campus recruitment and the interview text of enterprise recruitment staff. On the basis of text analysis and comparison of relevant literature, the structure of college students' socialized preference in campus recruitment is constructed. The results show that the socialization structure of campus recruitment is composed of five dimensions: cognitive socialization of role, socialization of morality, socialization of knowledge and skill, socialization of professional quality and socialization of psychological quality. Among them, the socialization of role cognition and morality is related to the level of organization, the socialization of knowledge and skill, the socialization of professional quality and the socialization of psychological quality are related to the level of post, and enterprises pay more attention to the socialization of organization level in recruitment. Finally, according to the research results, this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of college students' socialization training from the two aspects of college students' career development and school employment guidance. At the same time, the limitations and shortcomings of this study are explained, and the future research is prospected.
