经济新常态下的高校毕业生行业收入差距研究——基于2009-2015年全国高校毕业生抽样调查数据的实证分析

【摘要】:利用2009-2015年全国高校毕业生就业调查数据,对高校毕业生行业收入差距的成因和变化趋势进行了探讨。主要发现有:第一,行业收入差距主要体现在行业间,且存在扩大趋势;第二,人口统计学特征、人力资本异质性和工作特征是解释行业收入差距的重要原因,在排除这些变量影响后,只有IT和金融业存在显著的工资溢价;第三,与具有相似几率进入IT和金融业却未进入的毕业生相比,进入IT和金融业的毕业生的工资起薪至少显著高15%(约750元/月);第四,Oaxaca-Blinder收入差距成因分解结果再次证明特征相似的毕业生仅仅因为进入新兴行业而获得显著高出17.6%的工资,和"一对一近邻匹配"输出结果十分接近,且学历越高的毕业生进入非新兴行业的机会成本越大。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of college graduates' employment in China from 2009 to 2015, this paper probes into the causes and changing trends of the income gap of college graduates in the industry. The main findings are as follows: first, the income gap between industries is mainly reflected in the industry, and there is an expanding trend; Second, demographic characteristics, human capital heterogeneity and job characteristics are the important reasons to explain the industry income gap. After excluding these variables, only IT and financial industry have significant wage premium. Third, the starting salary of graduates entering IT and finance is at least 15% higher than that of graduates who have similar chances of entering IT and finance (about 750yuan / month). Fourth, the decomposition of the causes of the Oaxaca-Blinder income gap once again proves that graduates with similar characteristics receive significantly higher wages than 17.6% simply because of their entry into emerging industries, which is very close to the "one-to-one nearest neighbor match" output. And the higher the degree graduates enter non-emerging industries, the higher the opportunity cost.
