大学生诚信教育的路径优化研究

【摘要】：诚信乃古今中外铸就的全社会最高认同度的道德准则之一。社会主义核心价值观将诚信作为其倡导的主要内容之一,凸显了诚信作为公民价值准则的重要性和必要性。当前,社会各个领域诚信缺失的现象已经引发了诚信冷漠现象和信任危机等问题,而作为社会的高层次专门人才的大学生是民族的希冀,理应在诚实守信方面成为社会的模范。改善诚信教育低效的困境,是培育践行社会主义核心价值观的必然要求,本文运用系统分析法、文献分析法、问卷调查法和综合分析法,将诚信教育系统作为一个整体,力图通过对系统各要素的结构分析,达到系统优化诚信教育路径的目的。诚信教育路径系统包括教育者、受教育者、教育介体和教育环境四大要素。当前大学生诚信教育路径存在的问题主要表现为教育者引导力不足、受教育者自我教育被动、教育介体资源挖掘不够和教育环境错综复杂等等。造成这些问题的原因在于教育路径内部结构的不合理、环境协调不紧密和内外结构互动性不强。要改变这一现状,必须借鉴中国古代、欧美国家以及港澳地区诚信教育的成功经验,并结合我国实际,进一步强化诚信教育队伍的建设、引导受教育者自主学习能力、充分挖掘教育介体资源和全方位营造良好的路径环境。
[Abstract]:Honesty is one of the highest moral standards of the whole society. The core values of socialism regard honesty as one of the main contents of its advocacy, which highlights the importance and necessity of honesty as the criterion of citizen value. At present, the phenomenon of lack of honesty and credit in all fields of society has caused the phenomenon of honesty and indifference and the crisis of trust, and the college students, as high-level specialized talents in society, are the hope of the nation and should become the model of the society in the aspect of honesty and trustworthiness. It is an inevitable requirement to cultivate and practice the socialist core values in order to improve the difficulties of honesty and credit education. This paper takes the integrity education system as a whole by means of systematic analysis, literature analysis, questionnaire survey and comprehensive analysis. Through the structural analysis of the various elements of the system, this paper tries to achieve the goal of optimizing the education path of honesty and credit in the system. Honesty education path system includes educators, educatees, educational mediators and educational environment. At present, the problems existing in the path of college students' honesty education are the lack of educator's guidance, the passive self-education of the educated, the insufficient mining of educational media resources and the complexity of the educational environment, and so on. The reason for these problems is that the internal structure of education path is unreasonable, the coordination of environment is not close and the interaction between internal and external structures is not strong. In order to change this situation, we must draw lessons from the successful experiences of honesty education in ancient China, Europe and the United States and Hong Kong and Macao, and further strengthen the construction of the honesty education team and guide the independent learning ability of the educated, in the light of the reality of our country. Fully excavate educational media resources and create a good path environment in an all-round way.
