大学生创业—就业的抉择:基于调节定向与信息框架效应的视角

【摘要】:创业-就业的抉择过程本质上是一个风险决策过程。大学生进行创业-就业抉择时,受到个体心理调节定向和外部信息框架的影响,同时存在着损失与收益两方面的意义。促进定向的大学生倾向于面对风险的创业选择,预防定向的则倾向于规避风险的就业选择。大学生创业-就业抉择存在框架效应,收益框架下倾向保守,损失框架下倾向冒险。当信息呈现方式与个体调节定向匹配时,决策的肯定性加强。大学生就业、创业教育需要考虑个体心理因素和外部信息因素,有针对性地加强引导,明确风险意识。
[Abstract]:The decision-making process of entrepreneurship-employment is essentially a process of risk decision-making. When college students make entrepreneurial-employment choices, they are influenced by individual psychological adjustment orientation and external information framework, and there are two meanings of loss and income at the same time. College students who promote orientation tend to face the risk of entrepreneurial choice, while those who prevent orientation tend to avoid the risk of employment choice. College students' entrepreneurial-employment choice has the frame effect, the income framework tends to be conservative, and the loss framework tends to take risks. When the presentation of information matches the orientation of individual regulation, the certainty of decision-making is strengthened. College students' employment and entrepreneurship education need to take into account individual psychological factors and external information factors, strengthen targeted guidance, and clarify the awareness of risk.
