“985工程”对中国高校国际学术影响力的驱动效应评估

【摘要】:用相关数据,采用双向固定效应模型,实证分析"985工程"在推动中国高校提升国际学术影响力中的驱动效应。研究发现,"985工程"项目,特别是专项财政资金的投入,有效促进了相关高校在全球知识网络中的知识建构、国家间学术互动、留学生吸纳方面的增长,由此在短时间内实现了我国高校国际学术影响力的提升。未来,我国在"双一流"建设中要针对人文社科和自然科学的发展规律和学术生产机制,引入不同的资源配置方式和支持机制;在强化经费支持的同时,推动院校的制度建设。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant data and two-way fixed effect model, this paper empirically analyzes the driving effect of "985 Project" in promoting the international academic influence of Chinese colleges and universities. It is found that the "985 Project" project, especially the investment of special financial funds, has effectively promoted the knowledge construction of relevant colleges and universities in the global knowledge network, the academic interaction between countries, and the growth of the absorption of foreign students. As a result, the international academic influence of colleges and universities in China has been enhanced in a short period of time. In the future, in the construction of "double first-class", we should introduce different ways of resource allocation and support mechanism according to the development law and academic production mechanism of humanities and social science and natural science, and promote the system construction of colleges and universities while strengthening the support of funds.
