地方大学“双一流”建设的逻辑与途径

【摘要】：正2015年11月5日,国务院印发了《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设总体方案》(以下简称《总体方案》),要求坚持以中国特色、世界一流为核心,以立德树人为根本,以支撑创新驱动发展战略、服务经济社会发展为导向,加快建成一批世界一流大学和一流学科,明确提出了"双一流"大学建设的任务要求。作为我国高等教育的主力军,地方大学应当积极投身于"双一流"建设,弄潮搏击,主动作为。这是创设"双一流"进程中地方高水平大学的必
[Abstract]:On November 5, 2015, the State Council issued the "overall Plan for promoting the Construction of first-class Universities and first-class subjects in the World" (hereinafter referred to as the "General Plan"), which calls for adhering to the principle of taking Chinese characteristics as the core and world-class as the core and building people as the foundation. In order to support the strategy of innovation-driven development and serve the economic and social development, we should speed up the building of a number of world-class universities and first-class disciplines, and clearly put forward the task requirements of the construction of "double first-class" universities. As the main force of higher education in our country, local universities should actively devote themselves to the construction of "double first-class", fight with tide and take the initiative. This is necessary for the creation of local high-level universities in the process of "double first-class".
