提高本科实验教学大型仪器使用效益的探索

【摘要】：大型仪器设备是高校的优质资源,是培养创新人才的重要硬件基础。针对目前本科实验教学大型仪器使用效益不高的问题,生化实验室提出了提高本科实验教学大型仪器使用效益的五大举措:加强大型仪器购置论证工作、把大型仪器使用技能培训纳入实验教学、开发大型仪器使用新功能、促进大型仪器开放共享和细化大型仪器使用管理。实践表明,这些措施建议可以有效盘活大型仪器资源,提高教学用大型仪器使用效益。同时,就实验室在大型仪器开放共享方面存在的不足,提出了进一步提高大型仪器开放共享的建议。
[Abstract]:Large-scale instruments and equipment are the high-quality resources of colleges and universities, and are the important hardware basis for cultivating innovative talents. In view of the problem that the use efficiency of large instruments in undergraduate experimental teaching is not high at present, the biochemical laboratory puts forward five measures to improve the efficiency of using large instruments in undergraduate experimental teaching: strengthening the demonstration and demonstration of the purchase of large instruments. Bring the training of large-scale instrument use skills into the experimental teaching, develop the new function of large-scale instrument use, promote the open sharing of large-scale instrument and refine the use and management of large-scale instrument. The practice shows that these measures can effectively invigorate the resources of large instruments and improve the efficiency of the use of large instruments for teaching. At the same time, in view of the shortcomings of the laboratory in the open sharing of large instruments, this paper puts forward some suggestions for further improving the open sharing of large instruments.
