医学生法律意识培育研究

【摘要】：从上世纪80年代开始,培养高校大学生的法律意识已成为我国教育系统进行思想政治教育工作的重要内容。进入到新世纪之后,我国开始加强关注“建设法治社会”、“依法治国”等理念,这对我国的高校教育改革进程起到了积极的推动作用。当前,人们对于高校大学生的法律意识培养关注程度不断提升,关注的层面也不断增加。通过在高校中对大学生进行法律意识培养可以有效提升学生的法律意识,使学生对于自己的法律权利及义务更加了解,目前已经取得了一定的教育成果;但是,我国目前对大学生的法律意识培养方式还无法实现将社会、历史价值转化成大学生进行自身价值追求的目标,一些大学生无法在自身的社会交流及日常生活中保持恒定的法律理念,因此还需根据当前高校法律意识教育过程中存在的不足之处进行积极改进。为适应我国的法治社会建设目标,需继续加强我国大学生的法律教育工作,不断提升当前大学生的法律素养及个人法律意识,同时也要将大学生法律意识培养工作作为我国高校的重要教育内容。对医学专业大学生进行法律教育时,一方面需要注意其具有一般大学生的共性,另一方面则需结合医学大学生的专业特征,充分考虑医疗工作的特殊性,由于其工作对象是人,因此需要更重视保障权力与履行义务的过程,从而更加突出法治教育工作的重要程度。本文研究了医学院校大学生法律意识培养状况,并以此作为出发点分析了对当前医学生进行法律意识培育的重要作用。本文针对当前医学人才教育过程中存在的法律意识培育不到位的问题,提出了改善其法律意识培育过程的建议,为我国医学院校大学生的法律意识培育过程提供参考价值。本文采取问卷调查形式对目前医学生的法律意识教育状况进行了分析:现阶段,医学生的法律意识总体得到了显著提高,但是个人的法律信仰还未全面形成;医学院校开设的法律课程还无法完全满足医学生的教育需要,医学院校在医学生法律意识培育方面还应该继续深化改革;医学生接受教育后已经掌握了一定程度的法律知识,但是缺少医学法律专业领域的知识。所以,还需根据目前的医学生法律意识教育现状,通过继续推进医学院校的法律教育课程改革,不断提高医学生的法律意识。
[Abstract]:Since 1980s, cultivating the legal consciousness of college students has become an important part of ideological and political education in China's education system. After entering the new century, our country began to pay more attention to the concepts of "building a society ruled by law" and "ruling the country according to law", which played a positive role in promoting the process of educational reform in colleges and universities in our country. At present, people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of legal consciousness of college students. Through the cultivation of legal consciousness of college students in colleges and universities, students can effectively improve their legal awareness, so that students have a better understanding of their own legal rights and obligations, and have achieved certain educational results. However, at present, the training mode of legal consciousness of college students in our country can not realize the goal of transforming social and historical value into college students' own value pursuit, and some college students can not maintain constant legal idea in their own social communication and daily life, so it is necessary to make positive improvement according to the shortcomings existing in the current process of legal consciousness education in colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the goal of building a society ruled by law in our country, it is necessary to continue to strengthen the legal education of college students in our country, to constantly improve the legal literacy and personal legal consciousness of college students, and to take the cultivation of legal consciousness of college students as an important educational content of colleges and universities in our country. When carrying out legal education for medical college students, on the one hand, it is necessary to pay attention to the commonness of general college students, on the other hand, it is necessary to combine the professional characteristics of medical college students and fully consider the particularity of medical work. Because its working object is human, it is necessary to pay more attention to the process of guaranteeing power and fulfilling obligations, thus giving more attention to the importance of education under the rule of law. This paper studies the cultivation of legal consciousness of medical college students, and analyzes the important role of legal consciousness cultivation of medical students as a starting point. In view of the problem that the cultivation of legal consciousness in the process of medical talent education is not in place, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the cultivation process of legal consciousness, which provides reference value for the cultivation process of legal consciousness of medical college students in our country. This paper analyzes the current situation of legal consciousness education of medical students by questionnaire survey: at present, the legal consciousness of medical students has been significantly improved, but the personal legal belief has not yet been fully formed, the legal courses offered by medical colleges and universities can not fully meet the educational needs of medical students, and medical colleges and universities should continue to deepen the reform in the cultivation of medical students' legal consciousness. After receiving education, medical students have mastered a certain degree of legal knowledge, but lack of knowledge in the field of medical law. Therefore, according to the current situation of legal awareness education of medical students, we should continue to promote the reform of legal education curriculum in medical colleges and universities, and constantly improve the legal awareness of medical students.
