教育实习对职前英语教师课堂管理自我效能的影响研究

　　教师的自我效能感近年来受到了国内外学者的热议。作为教师对其自身能力的认知,教师自我效能感与其教学行为有着密切联系,会对学生的学习成就产生重要影响。教师的课堂管理效能感作为教师自我效能中一个具体的方面,是教师效能感在课堂管理领域的体现,会对学生行为管控和教学质量产生影响。然而,现存的关于教师效能感的研究大多探讨在职教师的整体效能感,对课堂管理这种具体领域的效能感研究则相对匮乏。并且,相关研究极少关注职前教师这一群体。职前教师与在职教师不同,他们须参加教育实习,在实习过程中直面课堂教学实际,实习过程中的课堂教学经历会对他们的课堂管理自我效能产生重要影响。本研究以53名英语教育硕士为研究对象,通过问卷调查及半结构化访谈收集数据,旨在探讨教育实习过程中英语职前教师课堂管理效能感的变化,并进一步分析产生这种变化的原因。问卷分别在实习前后各发放一次,所得数据利用SPSS软件进行分析解读。随后对来自不同实习学校的6名教育硕士进行访谈,与问卷调查所得数据相互补充,以回答下列研究问题:（1）职前英语教师的课堂管理自我效能感在教育实习前后分别是怎样的?（2）教育实习对职前英语教师课堂管理自我效能产生了什么...
