多元智能理论指导下的初中英语差异教学研究

随着课程改革的发展,素质教育已成为21世纪教育的核心理念。基础教育英语课程的主要任务是培养和激发学生英语学习的兴趣和信心。然而,在我国大多数中学,通常都是大班教学。同一个班里的学生在个性、兴趣、态度以及英语学习能力方面都有很大的不同,他们的英语学习水平也参差不齐。但是大多数教师却忽视学生的个体差异,采用相同的教学内容和教学方法,导致许多学生逐渐失去学习英语的动机和信心。传统的“一刀切”的教学方法已经不能满足学生各种各样的需求,教师必须采用差异化的教学方式。差异教学的提出使得教师开始重新思考他们传统的教学方法。教学应充分考虑学生的个体差异,尽量满足所有学生的需要,从而使各种类型的学生从中受益。加德纳的多元智能理论指出八种智能之间的不同组合构成了学生的个体差异,在课堂中教师可以根据学生的智能优势鼓励每个人参与到教学活动中。多元智能理论为差异教学提供了理论支持,有助于其在大班化教学中的实施。因此,本文作者从多元智能理论的角度研究差异教学在初中英语课堂中的应用,从而激发学生的英语学习动机、兴趣,提高他们的英语学习水平。作者采用文献分析、测试、问卷调查和访谈等多种研究方法在一所初中进行了一个学期...
