促进教师隐性知识共享的网络平台设计研究

【摘要】：专家型教师与新手教师的根本区别就在于专家型教师不仅拥有大量专门知识，还拥有着他们长时间地在教学实践中所总结与积累的教学经验与技能知识，也就是隐性知识。在教师专业发展过程中隐性知识对教师的工作与专业发展起到了决定性的作用，它支配着教师的认识与行为，对于教师知识的创新与教师工作价值的创造都起着重要的作用，可以说隐性知识是教师专业发展走向成功的重要基石。教师隐性知识既具有一般隐性知识难以描述与表达、抽象、个性化、情景性的特性，，也具有其专业独特性。因此，划分教师隐性知识类别，寻找教师隐性知识获取途径是研究教师隐性知识共享的基础。近年来随着信息技术的迅猛发展与普及，计算机网络以其丰富的资源量及其多重信息表征方式而著称，拓宽了教师隐性知识的传递与共享途径。本论文通过文献研究将隐性知识理论、教师知识构成理论、知识管理理论与信息技术时代背景相结合，来研究信息化时代背景下的教师隐性知识共享机制与共享途径的相关问题。采用调查研究法研究了网络时代背景下教师隐性知识管理以及个体教师及其群体间的隐性知识共享行为。从而发现教师隐性知识的主要内容、具体表现形式及其存在方式等相关问题，以此为依据设计出以信息技术为手段促进教师隐性知识与显性知识之间有效转化及共享的良好途径。以帮助加快教师隐性知识增长，从而促进教师的专业发展。通过分析教师隐性知识的获取途径、构成要素以及具体表现形式，得出信息化时代背景下的教师知识管理与转化过程模式。最后以理论模型为指导，以Wordpress、Mybb以及Dokuwiki为开发工具设计出教师隐性知识共享的网络平台。
[Abstract]:The fundamental difference between expert teachers and novice teachers is that expert teachers not only have a lot of specialized knowledge, but also have the teaching experience and skills they have accumulated in teaching practice for a long time. In the process of teachers' professional development, tacit knowledge plays a decisive role in teachers' work and professional development, which dominates teachers' cognition and behavior. It plays an important role in the innovation of teachers' knowledge and the creation of teachers' work value. It can be said that tacit knowledge is an important cornerstone of teachers' professional development towards success. Teachers' tacit knowledge has the characteristics of general tacit knowledge which is difficult to describe and express abstract individualized and situational. Therefore, dividing teachers' tacit knowledge categories and finding ways to acquire teachers' tacit knowledge are the basis of teachers' tacit knowledge sharing. In recent years, with the rapid development and popularization of information technology, computer networks are famous for their rich resources and their multiple information representation. This paper combines tacit knowledge theory, teacher knowledge constitution theory, knowledge management theory and information technology era background through literature research. To study the problems of teachers' tacit knowledge sharing mechanism and ways under the background of information age. This paper studies teachers' tacit knowledge management and individual teachers and their groups under the background of network age by means of investigation and research. The behavior of tacit knowledge sharing thus finds out the main contents of teachers' tacit knowledge. The concrete manifestation and its existence way and so on related question. Based on this, the author designs a good way to promote the effective transformation and sharing between teachers' tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge by means of information technology, so as to help speed up the growth of teachers' tacit knowledge. In order to promote the professional development of teachers. Through the analysis of teachers' tacit knowledge acquisition ways, elements and specific forms of expression. Finally, under the guidance of the theoretical model, Wordpress is used to guide the process of teachers' knowledge management and transformation under the background of information age. Mybb and Dokuwiki design a network platform for teacher tacit knowledge sharing for developing tools.
