【摘要】：近代天津是中国国北方最大的商品贸易集散地,商业繁荣,商业教育的发展至关重要。研究近代天津商业教育对当今商业教育的发展有着重要的现实意义。笔者通过收集、整理天津现存的文献资料,分析了近代天津商业教育兴起的历史背景、发展历程、办学情况和发展的经验、教训及对我国当今商业教育的启示作用。本文包括五个部分。在绪论中,主要阐述选题原因和商业教育的研究现状。通过分析这些文献,笔者发现近代天津商业教育的研究极其匮乏,需要对其进行探讨。第一章,叙述近代天津商业教育兴起的历史背景。笔者从鸦片战争后中国的社会状况和开埠后天津的社会状况两方面来叙述。第二章,论述近代天津商业教育的发展历程。笔者依据所收集的历史资料,将近代天津商业教育的发展历程分为草创、初步发展、快速发展、艰难维持、恢复与发展五个阶段来进行研究。第三章,论述近代天津商业学校的办学情况,从校务管理和教学管理两个方面进行了探讨。校务管理从经费来源、机构设置、师资聘任、毕业生去向四个方面进行分析。教学管理从课程设置和考核评价两个方面进行分析。在结语中,探讨了近代天津商业教育发展的经验、教训及对我国当今商业教育的启示作用。
[Abstract]:Modern Tianjin is in the north of Chinese largest commodity trade center, commercial prosperity, development of commercial education. There is important practical significance to study the commercial education in modern Tianjin for the current development of commercial education. Through collecting, sorting Tianjin existing literature, analyzes the rise of commercial education in modern Tianjin's historical background, development course the situation and development, experience, lessons and enlightenment role for China's current business education. This thesis consists of five parts.
In the introduction, the reasons for choosing the topic and the current situation of business education are mainly explained. By analyzing these documents, I find that the research on business education in modern Tianjin is extremely scarce and needs to be explored.
The first chapter describes the historical background of the rise of business education in modern Tianjin. From the two aspects of the social situation of China after the Opium War and the social condition of Tianjin after opening the port, the author describes it.
The second chapter discusses the course of development of commercial education in modern Tianjin. According to the collected historical data, the development of commercial education in modern Tianjin is divided into the initial, preliminary development, rapid development, difficult to maintain, recovery and development of the five stages to study.
The third chapter discusses the running of modern Tianjin business school, from the two aspects of school management and teaching management are discussed. The school management from the source of funding, institutions, faculty members, four aspects of employment were analyzed. The two aspects of teaching management from the curriculum evaluation and analysis.
In the conclusion, it discusses the experience and lessons of the development of modern Tianjin's commercial education and Its Enlightenment to the current business education in China.
