当代大学生学习动力影响因素研究——以江苏大学为例

【摘要】：学习动力是刺激学生学习的关键诱因,直接影响到学习效率。如何调动当代大学生的学习积极性,激发其学习动力,提升学习成效,对于高等院校来说,是提高教育质量的关键之一。本文通过问卷调查的形式了解当代大学生的学习动力状况,分析影响大学生学习动力的因素,最后提出提升大学生学习动力的建议。
[Abstract]:Learning motivation is the key incentive to stimulate students' learning, which directly affects the learning efficiency. How to arouse the enthusiasm of contemporary college students, stimulate their learning motivation and improve their learning effectiveness, for colleges and universities, It is one of the keys to improve the quality of education. This paper through the form of questionnaire to understand the learning motivation of contemporary college students, analyzes the factors that affect the learning motivation of college students, and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the learning motivation of college students.
