对乌海市小学生心理健康状况的调查研究及教育管理对策

【摘要】:随着教育改革的深化,素质教育正逐步得到贯彻和落实。“以人为本”,关注学生的全面发展,成为教育的主要理念。良好的心理素质是人的素质的重要组成部分。作为提高小学生心理素质为目标的小学心理健康教育,不仅是小学素质教育的必要组成部分,而且是现代教育应有的内涵之一。小学生正处在身心发展迅速、个性特征易于塑造的时期,要培养社会所需的心理健全的高素质人才,最高效、最科学的途径就是在中小学阶段就引导学生的个性心理朝着正确的方向发展和完善。因此,中小学心理健康教育就成为现代教育中必要而且重要的课题。 本研究分四部分,第一部分为问题是提出,主要阐述了问题相关研究的文献综述,以及本研究的理论价值和实践价值。第二部分是对小学生学习心理健康基本理论的探讨,主要包括小学生心理健康教育的涵义标准以及存在的问题,并分析了影响小学生心里健康的因素。第三部分是调查研究报告,对乌海市一所小学四到六年级的402名学生进行心理健康问卷(MHT)和自设问卷调查,并对问卷进行定量分析。第四部分针对乌海市小学生存在的主要心理问题提出具体的措施和建议,,以其能为有效开展乌海市小学生心理健康教育提供科学的理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of educational reform, quality-oriented education is gradually being carried out and carried out. "People-oriented" pays attention to the all-round development of students. Good psychological quality is an important part of people's quality. As the goal of improving primary school students' psychological quality, primary school mental health education is not only a necessary part of primary school quality education. It is also one of the connotations of modern education. Pupils are in a period of rapid physical and mental development and easy shaping of their personality. The most scientific way is to guide the students' personality psychology to develop and perfect in the middle and primary school stage. Therefore, the mental health education in primary and middle schools has become a necessary and important subject in modern education. This research is divided into four parts, the first part is the question is raised, mainly elaborated the question related research literature review, as well as this research theory value and the practice value. The second part is the elementary school student study mental health basic theory discussion, It mainly includes the meaning standard of mental health education of primary school students and the existing problems, and analyzes the factors that affect the mental health of primary school students. The third part is the investigation and research report. A mental health questionnaire (MHT) and a self-designed questionnaire were conducted on 402 students in grades 4 to 6 of a primary school in Wuhai City. The fourth part puts forward specific measures and suggestions for the main psychological problems of primary school students in Wuhai City, which can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the effective development of mental health education of primary school students in Wuhai City.
