韩国“学分银行”的负向功能及其引发的思考

【摘要】：在我国,"学习银行"的建设正处于刚刚起步的阶段,吸取别国的成功经验,反思别国的不足之外,将有利于全面、深入地研究"学分银行",加强科学的预见性。本文试图分析研究韩国"学分银行"的负向功能,以更加全面、深入地认识"学分银行",并帮助我们进一步思考如何建设具有中国特色的"学分银行"。
[Abstract]:In our country, the construction of "learning bank" is just in its infancy. Absorbing the successful experience of other countries and reflecting on the shortcomings of other countries will be beneficial to the comprehensive and in-depth study of "credit bank" and strengthen the scientific foresight. This paper attempts to analyze and study the negative function of Korean credit bank in order to understand the credit bank more comprehensively and deeply, and to help us to further think about how to construct the credit bank with Chinese characteristics.
