心理健康教育辩证法研究

【摘要】:心理健康教育是根据学习者生理、心理发展特点,运用有关心理教育方法和手段,维护他们心理健康,培养他们良好的心理素质,促进心理健康发展和素质全面提高的教育活动。心理健康教育具有辩证属性,研究和揭示心理健康教育的辩证属性是把握其本质和规律的重要途径。 马克思主义唯物辩证法是心理健康教育辩证法研究的根本指导思想。马克思主义的辩证思想是心理健康教育辩证法研究的世界观和方法论基础;马克思主义辩证思维思想是心理健康教育辩证法研究的认识论基础和基本方法;马克思主义的教育辩证思想是心理健康教育辩证法研究的理论基础和价值追求。 心理健康教育的辩证性主要表现在它的联系性、矛盾性、变化性、发展性和教育“度”等方面;心理健康教育主体、客体、内容、方法等教育要素也具有辩证性。 心理健康教育的联系性是指心理健康教育内部各要素之间以及心理健康教育和其它事物之间相互制约、相互影响的关系。心理健康教育的联系性主要体现为心理健康教育内部各要素之间,心理健康教育与其它教育之间,心理健康教育与社会发展之间的联系。心理健康教育的规律是心理健康教育内在的、本质的联系,心理健康教育具有适应性规律、超越性规律、主体性规律和活动体验性规律。 心理健康教育在我国走过了二十多年的发展之路,从要素、结构到功能都发生了巨大的变化;经历了从探索、推广到快速发展的过程;心理健康教育更新了教育理念、拓展了教育内容、改进了教育方法、完善了教育功能、丰富了研究成果;必将朝着大众化与现代化、专业化与综合化、国际化与本土化的方向发展。 心理健康教育的矛盾是指心理健康教育各要素之间、各要素与要求性要素之间或心理健康教育与其它事物之间的对立统一关系。心理健康教育矛盾的生成是由心理健康教育要素不合格、心理健康教育要素不到位、心理健康教育运行不协调等原因造成的。心理健康教育有基本矛盾和具体矛盾,基本矛盾是社会心理健康要求与学习者现有心理健康水平之间的矛盾。基本矛盾贯穿于心理健康教育始终,在不同的阶段,有不同的表现形式。具体矛盾主要有教育者与学习者之间的矛盾,教育者与心理健康教育的客观要求之间的矛盾,学习者与心理健康教育客观要求之间的矛盾,心理健康教育与社会客观要求之间的矛盾等。解决心理健康教育的矛盾主要有三种方式,即并进式、互促式和互适式。 教育者和学习者是心理健康教育的主体。他们各自具有其主体作用,同时他们又相互作用、相互影响。要充分发挥教育者和学习者的主体作用,他们必然要具备不同的基本素质。 学习者的心理健康发展是心理健康教育的客体。心理健康的辩证性主要体现为过程与状态的辩证统一;绝对性与相对性的辩证统一;稳定性与变化性的辩证统一普遍性与文化差异性的辩证统一。心理发展的辩证性主要体现为连续性与阶段性的辩证统一;多维度与顺序性的辩证统一;平衡性与非平衡性的辩证统一;普遍性和差异性的辩证统一;主动性与被动性的辩证统一。心理健康教育主体和客体之间相互依存、相互影响、相互统一。 心理健康教育内容的辩证性主要体现为确定性与变化性的辩证统一;客观性与主观性的辩证统一;丰富性与针对性的辩证统一;知识性与操作性的辩证统一;普及性与专业性的辩证统一。心理健康教育内容与教育形式的辩证关系是内容决定形式,形式体现内容。 心理健康教育主要运用讲授法、心理咨询法、讨论法、活动体验法、自我教育法等方法。辩证运用心理健康教育方法,处理好主与次、虚与实、情与理、正与负、急与缓、团体与个别、助人与自助的关系是实现教育目标的关键。心理健康教育方法与教育目的相互依存,相互影响。目的决定方法,方法服务目的并制约目的的实现。 在心理健康教育实践中要把握好心理健康教育的“度”。心理健康教育不足和过度教育都是没有把握好心理健康教育“度”的表现。进行适度心理健康教育应该客观地认识心理健康教育的作用;准确划分心理健康教育的范畴;心理健康教育与学习者的心理发展水平相适应,与社会发展水平相协调。
[Abstract]:Mental health education is based on the characteristics of learners ' physiological and psychological development , uses the methods and means of psychological education , maintains their mental health , develops their good psychological quality , and promotes the development of mental health and the comprehensive improvement of quality . The psychological health education has the dialectical nature , the research and revealing the dialectical nature of mental health education is an important way to grasp its essence and law .
