近十年我国教师教育政策的调整及未来发展趋势

【摘要】：教师教育的发展依赖于教师教育政策的不断调整和创新。20世纪90年代以来,我国教师教育在不断创新的教师教育政策引导下取得了瞩目的成就:教师教育体系由独立封闭转向灵活开放、教师教育层次不断提升、教师专业化不断发展、教师教育人才培养模式不断创新。未来十年是我国教师教育转型与发展的关键时期,面临着来自经济、社会、教育等方面迅猛发展的多种挑战,为此,必须构建具有中国特色的混合型教师教育体系,建立现代教师教育制度,创新教师教育内容、课程及教师培养模式,完善教师培训制度,加强教师培养与培训一体化,转变政府管理教师教育的方式,切实关注高校教师的发展,推进我国教师教育事业的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The development of teacher education depends on the constant adjustment and innovation of teacher education policy. Since the 90s of.20 century, the teacher education in China has made remarkable achievements under the guidance of continuous innovation of teacher education policy: the teacher education system has been turned from independent and closed to flexible and open, the education level of teachers is continuously promoted, teachers' professionalization has been continuously developed, and the teacher education system has been continuously developed. The training mode of teacher education talents is constantly innovating. The next ten years is the key period for the transformation and development of teachers' Education in China. It faces many challenges from the rapid development of economy, society and education. Therefore, it is necessary to build a mixed teacher education system with Chinese characteristics, establish a modern teacher education system and innovate the content of teacher education. The curriculum and teacher training mode, improve the teacher training system, strengthen the integration of teacher training and training, change the way of government management teacher education, pay attention to the development of college teachers, and promote the sustainable development of teachers' Education in China.
