幼儿教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系

【摘要】:国内外大量研究表明:教师职业被公认为是一项强度大压力大的职业,超负荷的工作压力对教师的生理、心理、等方面产生了消极的影响,从而导致了职业倦怠情况的产生。幼儿教师也是教师群中种的一员,教育的对象与其他教师群体相比比较特殊,这也成为职业倦怠研究的焦点之一。相关研究表明,社会支持对于缓解教师职业倦怠具有积极的效应,但是就目前来说,对幼儿教师职业倦怠的与社会支持关系方面的研究还非常少。 本研究以长春市4所不同体制幼儿园的200名幼儿教师为研究对象,通过问卷法调查幼儿教师群体职业倦怠状况及社会支持与职业倦怠的关系,,采用访谈法探寻幼儿教师感受到的社会支持情况和职业倦怠的来源。从社会支持的角度,为预防和干预幼儿教师职业倦怠问题提供依据。本研究利用SPSS17.0统计软件,通过进行方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等数据统计分析方法,对幼儿教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系进行了探讨。研究结果显示: 1、幼儿教师职业倦怠状况不严重,情绪衰竭程度相对较高,其次是低成就感,而非人性化的程度最轻; 2、幼儿教师的职业倦怠水平在不同的人口统计学变量上存在着差异。在教龄变量上,教龄在6-10年的教师职业倦怠程度最为严重;在学段变量上,学前班教师职业倦怠程度最为严重; 3、幼儿教师社会支持总分与职业倦怠总分及其三个维度都存在极其显著的负相关; 4、社会支持总分对职业倦怠总分及各维度均有负向预测作用; 基于此,本研究从社会支持的角度出发,提出了预防和缓解幼儿教师职业倦怠的相关建议。
[Abstract]:A large number of studies at home and abroad show that the profession of teachers is recognized as a profession with great intensity and great pressure, and the overload of work pressure has a negative effect on the teachers' physiology, psychology, and so on, which leads to the emergence of job burnout. Preschool teachers are also a member of the teacher group, the object of education is more special than other groups of teachers, which has become one of the focus of the study of job burnout. Related studies show that social support has a positive effect on alleviating teachers' job burnout, but at present, there are few studies on the relationship between job burnout and social support of preschool teachers. In this study, 200 preschool teachers from four kindergartens in Changchun were investigated by questionnaire, and the relationship between job burnout and social support was investigated. The interview method was used to explore the social support and the source of job burnout felt by preschool teachers. From the angle of social support, it provides the basis for prevention and intervention of preschool teachers' job burnout. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software, the relationship between preschool teachers' job burnout and social support was studied by means of variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The results show that: 1, preschool teachers' job burnout is not serious, the degree of emotional exhaustion is relatively high, followed by low sense of achievement, not the least degree of humanization; 2. The burnout level of preschool teachers is different in different demographic variables. In the variables of teaching age, the degree of teachers' job burnout is the most serious in 6-10 years of teaching age, and the most serious in the variables of learning stage. (3) the total score of social support of preschool teachers is negatively correlated with the total score of job burnout and its three dimensions, 4, the total score of social support has a negative predictive effect on the total score of job burnout and each dimension. Based on this, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to prevent and alleviate preschool teachers' job burnout from the angle of social support.
