大学生生活事件、心理弹性和情绪的关系研究

【摘要】：21世纪，随着高等教育从精英教育到大众教育的普及，大学生的压力与日俱增，社会的发展要求大学生不仅要掌握丰富的知识、技术，而且要具备良好的心理素质和心理健康水平。在面临生活事件的压力下，能够积极拓展内外部的资源和达到良好适应，即有良好的心理弹性，同时要拥有协调、健康的情绪和情感。本研究通过探索大学生的生活事件、心理弹性和情绪的关系，以期建设性地发掘大学生的情绪资源，促进情绪的健康发展；提高心理弹性的能力，，提高其在逆境中的应对能力；这对于预防或减少心理问题的发生，促进大学生的心理健康，具有积极而深远的现实意义。本研究对黑龙江省五所大学的600名在校生进行问卷调查,探讨大学生的生活事件与心理弹性、情绪情况调查三者之间的关系，通过数据对现状进行客观的描述与分析，得到以下研究结果： (1)大学生生活事件、心理弹性和情绪的存在部分人口统计学的差异情况，主要体现在性别、生源地、专业以及是否是独生子女的维度上。 (2)大学生生活事件、心理弹性和情绪显著相关。 (3)生活事件高分组和低分组在心理弹性及其各个维度上存在显著的差异。 (4)在高生活事件压力下，心理弹性高分组、低分组的积极情绪和消极情绪存在着极其显著的差异。 (5)生活事件可以预测心理弹性和情绪，心理弹性可以预测情绪。 (6)心理弹性在生活事件与情绪之间起到中介作用；在积极情绪中和生活事件间起完全中介作用，在消极情绪和生活事件间起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the popularization of higher education from elite education to mass education, college students are under increasing pressure. The development of society requires college students not only to master rich knowledge and technology. And to have good psychological quality and mental health level. Under the pressure of life events, can actively expand internal and external resources and achieve good adaptation, that is, have good psychological resilience, at the same time must have coordination, healthy emotions and emotions. By exploring the relationship between college students' life events, psychological resilience and emotion, this study aims to explore the emotional resources of college students constructively, promote the healthy development of emotions, improve the ability of psychological resilience, and improve their coping ability in adversity. It is of positive and profound practical significance to prevent or reduce the occurrence of psychological problems and to promote the mental health of college students. In this study, 600 college students from five universities in Heilongjiang Province were investigated by questionnaire to explore the relationship between college students' life events and psychological resilience, emotional situation investigation, and to objectively describe and analyze the current situation through the data. The results are as follows: (1) there are some demographic differences in life events, psychological resilience and emotion of college students, which are mainly reflected in gender, origin of students, Major and whether the only child in the dimension. (2) College students' life events, (3) there were significant differences between the high score group of life event and the low group in each dimension of resilience. (4) under the high stress of life event, the group with high score of psychological elasticity had significant difference. There are significant differences between positive emotion and negative emotion in low group. (5) Life events can predict mental resilience and emotion. Resilience can predict emotion. (6) resilience plays a mediating role between life events and emotions, plays a complete intermediary role between positive emotions and life events, and partly mediates between negative emotions and life events.
