职业决策困难:内涵、进路与发展趋势

【摘要】：职业决策困难一直是职业心理学家和咨询工作者非常重视的研究主题。通过梳理国内外相关概念,发现存在三方面的分歧,进而提出弥合分歧的新的概念界说。在此基础上廓清了职业决策困难的三条研究进路,即经验性研究进路、理论性研究进路和整合性研究进路。许多研究者致力于解决职业决策困难理论与实证研究脱节这一问题。对职业决策困难的研究已经从最初单一的认知取向、而后的认知-情绪取向逐渐过渡到将认知、情绪、能力、人格等因素整合在一起的综合取向,从而使得对职业决策困难的认识越来越深入和完善。
[Abstract]:Career decision-making difficulties have always been the subject of great attention by occupational psychologists and counsellors. By combing the related concepts at home and abroad, we find that there are three differences, and then put forward a new concept definition of bridging the differences. On this basis, three research approaches for difficult career decision making are clarified, namely empirical research approach, theoretical research approach and integration research approach. Many researchers are devoted to solving the problem of disconnection between the theory of career decision-making difficulties and empirical research. The study of career decision making difficulties has changed from a single cognitive orientation, then a cognitive-emotional orientation to a comprehensive orientation of integrating cognition, emotion, ability, personality and so on. As a result, the understanding of career decision-making difficulties is more and more thorough and perfect.
