简易心理状况评定量表Kessler 10在研究生新生心理健康普查中的应用

【摘要】：选用Kessler 10量表、自我接纳量表、被他人接纳量表及自编的心理状态自评表等对某高校2448名研究生新生进行心理健康筛查,结果表明:研究生新生中心理疾患高风险者比例约4.2%,比普通居民高,比大学本科生低;研究生新生Kessler 10量表得分与多个心理状态自评项目得分以及自我接纳量表、被他人接纳量表得分均呈显著相关;Kessler 10量表作为非特异性心理症状的评定和筛选量表,可在研究生新生心理健康问题高风险者的筛选中有效应用。
[Abstract]:Kessler 10 scale, self-acceptance scale, acceptance scale by others and self-made psychological state self-assessment scale were used to screen the mental health of 2448 graduate students in a certain university, such as Kessler 10 scale, self-acceptance scale, self-made mental state self-assessment scale and so on. The results showed that the proportion of students with high risk of mental disorders was about 4.2, which was higher than that of ordinary residents and lower than that of undergraduate students, and the scores of Kessler 10, self-rating items and self-acceptance scale were higher than those of undergraduate students. The scores of acceptance scale were significantly correlated with Kessler 10 as a non-specific psychological symptom evaluation and screening scale, which could be used effectively in the screening of postgraduates with high risk of mental health problems.
