为每个学生提供适合的教育——兼论学校多样化发展的价值追求与实践路径

【摘要】：近代以来,实现"教育适合学生"理念的路径主要有两种,即基于教学艺术的选择和基于课程变革的选择。两种选择因受现代教育组织形式的制约都难以产生良好的效果。为此,需要更换视野,将着眼点放在学校教育层面,通过学校的多样化发展,并辅之以教学与课程的改革,实现教育面向全体学生、教育适合全体学生的现代教育价值追求。实现学校多样化发展需要摒弃机械一元论观念,认识和把握教育的多阶段性和个体发展目标的多方面性,走向多元综合的学校发展理念。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, there are two ways to realize the idea of "education is suitable for students", that is, the choice based on teaching art and the choice based on curriculum reform. The two choices are difficult to produce good results because of the restriction of modern educational organization. Therefore, it is necessary to change the vision, focus on the school education level, through the diversified development of the school, supplemented by the teaching and curriculum reform, to achieve education for all students, education suitable for all students of the pursuit of modern educational value. In order to realize the diversified development of schools, we should abandon the concept of mechanical monism, understand and grasp the multi-stages of education and the multi-aspects of individual development goals, and move towards the concept of multi-comprehensive school development.
