某音乐培训学校绩效管理体系构建

【摘要】:随着教育产业的市场化进程不断推进,作为非学历教育机构的培训学校日渐成为教育市场上的一股重要力量,并且正在改变着越来越多的学习者们的生活。在非学历教育培训市场中,音乐类培训项目作为提高学生综合素质的一个重要途径,越来越被人们所重视。然而在民营的音乐类培训学校中,具备完善的人力资源管理制度和管理能力的学校并不多见,人力资源管理方面存在的各种问题,已经在相当程度上制约了学校的发展,成为这类学校发展壮大的瓶颈。在这类学校人力资源管理的各种问题中,缺乏完善有效地绩效管理更是这类学校的一个普遍现象。因此,高效的人力资源开发管理已成为培训学校生存发展的必然选择。如何有效进行人力资源开发和管理,提高员工素质与能力,改善员工工作绩效,已成为学校获得竞争优势的关键因素,也成为学校保持核心竞争力的保证。设计并实施行之有效的绩效管理体系,已经成为此类学校发展和人力资源管理的一个重要课题。 因此,本文在对国内外绩效管理相关理论总结的基础之上,通过对学校绩效管理的重要作用、意义以及发展现状趋势的分析,从绩效管理体系的制度化、规范化,以及绩效管理的计划、组织、流程、内容入手,对学校绩效体系的创新、建立、执行、跟踪、评价进行探讨,提出绩效管理体系设计的理论基础。从民营培训学校管理的实际出发,以长沙市某音乐培训学校为例,全面分析该学校绩效考核现状,并据此有针对性的设计一套新的切实可行的绩效考核管理制度和办法。新设计的绩效管理体系遵照明确的学校发展战略目标和方针、原则,针对该培训学校中存在的主要问题,从组织结构的构建、绩效管理体系的构建、绩效考核指标的构建、绩效管理体系的反馈与评价等几个重要环节入手进行设计,并提出实施绩效管理过程中可能会出现的问题以及实施的相关保障制度。希望通过对某音乐培训学校的绩效管理体系设计和实施,能够为该校的良性发展提供坚实理论和制度支撑,并希望该绩效管理体系和以绩效考核方式设计能够为我国音乐类培训学校或相关培训行业的发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the marketization of the education industry, the training school, as a non-academic educational institution, is becoming an important force in the education market and is changing the lives of more and more learners. In the market of non-academic education and training, music training projects, as an important way to improve students' comprehensive quality, are paid more and more attention by people. However, in the private music training schools, there are few schools with perfect human resource management system and management ability. The problems in human resource management have restricted the development of the school to a certain extent. Become the bottleneck of the development of such schools. In all kinds of problems of human resource management in these schools, the lack of perfect and effective performance management is a common phenomenon in these schools. Therefore, efficient human resources development and management has become an inevitable choice for the survival and development of training schools. How to effectively develop and manage human resources, improve the quality and ability of staff, and improve the performance of staff has become the key factor for the school to gain the competitive advantage, and also the guarantee for the school to maintain the core competitiveness. The design and implementation of an effective performance management system has become an important issue in the development of such schools and human resources management. Therefore, on the basis of summing up the relevant theories of performance management at home and abroad, through the analysis of the important role, significance and development trend of school performance management, from the institutionalization and standardization of performance management system, It also discusses the plan, organization, process and content of performance management, discusses the innovation, establishment, implementation, tracking and evaluation of school performance system, and puts forward the theoretical basis of performance management system design. Taking a music training school in Changsha as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the performance appraisal of a private training school, and designs a set of new and feasible performance appraisal management system and method accordingly. The newly designed performance management system follows the clear strategic goals and principles of school development, and aims at the main problems existing in the training school. Several important aspects such as feedback and evaluation of performance management system are designed and the problems that may appear in the process of implementing performance management and the relevant safeguard system are put forward. It is hoped that through the design and implementation of the performance management system of a music training school, it can provide solid theoretical and institutional support for the sound development of the school. It is hoped that the performance management system and the design of performance appraisal can provide reference for the development of music training schools or related training industries in China.
