社会变革背景下南非的教师教育研究
[Abstract]:In the early 1990s , when the British colonizers occupied Cape Town , many of the former urban residents who arrived in South Africa did not pay much attention to education . In the early 1990 s , the university was responsible for the cultivation of teachers in secondary schools . In order to meet the needs of the nation ' s reconstruction , the new government decided to train new teachers as an important way of human resources development and put emphasis on the improvement and perfection of the policy system .
It includes teacher education curriculum standard , teacher ' s teaching ability standard , teacher ' s teaching practice standard , teaching practice institution standard and teaching practice guidance teacher standard .
From the entry point , it includes teacher ' s minimum educational background standard and teacher ' s language proficiency standard , etc . This whole set of standard system strongly promotes the orderly progress of the new South African teacher ' s education work .
According to the standard system of teacher education , each teacher ' s educational institution adopts three kinds of modes , namely , parallelism , continuity and mixed type . In general , the academic course of science and technology university is mainly cultivated in the colleges and universities .
Master of Education ( " 5 / 6 + 2 " or " 5 / 6 + 1 / 2 " ) ;
Ph . D . or Ph . D . , simply " 5 / 6 + 2 + 2 - 4 " or " 5 / 6 + 1 / 2 + 2 " .
In order to ensure the quality of diversified teachers ' education model , South Africa is concerned with the construction of quality assurance system .
In order to avoid the negative effects of the reform and to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the reform , the teachers ' education institutions have not received the necessary reservation , so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the reform . In the future , in order to avoid the negative effects of the reform , and to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the reform . In the future , the teachers ' education institutions should adopt the following measures to improve the teachers ' educational resources . In the future , the teacher training system should be standardized to coordinate the teacher training activities , so as to promote the balanced development of teachers ' education by means of differentiated funds input mechanism .
