山西省煤炭类高职学生心理健康现况调查及影响因素研究

【摘要】:目的:通过对高职学生心理健康的调查,了解高职学生心理健康的现状,分析心理健康的影响因素,并就分析结论对我省高职学生心理健康教育提出相对性的建议,促进高职学校心理教育工作的开展。 对象:以山西省某煤炭类高职2009级新生为调查对象,其中男生1572名,女生436名。 方法:采取现况调查,用SCL-90、UPI、EPQ和大学生家庭情况调查问卷进行测试。以SCL-90、UPI双阳性判定为“病例”,进行病例对照研究,就人格因素和家庭环境因素进行差异分析。对调查数据使用χ2检验、秩和检验、回归分析和交互作用进行分析。 结果:有3.55%的学生存在心理异常。对这部分学生人格因素和家庭环境因素进行分析表明,心理健康受到内外向OR值为0.595(0.418,0.848)、精神质OR值为0.536(0.329,0.874)和神经质人格OR值为0.602(0.368,0.986)(以及是否喜欢本专业OR值为1.714(1.048,2.802)、母亲受教育水平OR值为0.641(0.496,0.830)、父母对子女教育意见一致性OR值为1.592(1.195,2.122)、是否经常和父母谈心OR值为1.327(1.029,1.712)等家庭因素的影响。 结论:与国内其他高职学生相比,山西某煤炭类高职学生心理健康相对较好,这可能与我省支柱产业和地理位置有关。但高职学生心理健康状况依然不容乐观,心理健康问题已经成为学校教育工作不不可回避的问题。针对人格和家庭因素的影响,建议如下:通过筛查建立问题学生档案;开设心理健康课程及相关讲座;开展丰富多彩的校园文化活动;提高教师的整体水平;发挥大学生的主体作用;加强心理健康知识宣传;培养学生兴趣爱好,加强对专业的了解;提高全民文化水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health of vocational college students, understand the present situation of their mental health, analyze the influencing factors of mental health, and put forward some relative suggestions on the psychological health education of vocational college students in our province. To promote the development of psychological education in higher vocational schools. Participants: 1572 male students and 436 female students were enrolled in this study. Methods: SCL-90,UPI,EPQ and college students' family status questionnaire were used to test the status quo. A case control study was carried out to analyze the difference between personality factors and family environmental factors. 蠂 2 test, rank sum test, regression analysis and interaction were used to analyze the data. Results: 3.55% of the students had psychological abnormality. The analysis of the personality factors and family environment factors of this part of the students shows that, The OR value of mental health was 0.595 (0.418 卤0.848), the OR value of psychoticism was 0.536 (0.3290.84) and the OR value of neurotic personality was 0.602 (0.3680.86) (and the value of OR was 1.714 (1.048 卤2.802), the OR value of mother's education level was 0.641 (0.4960.830), the OR value of parents' educational consistency was 1.592 (1.1952.122). The influence of family factors such as OR value of 1.327 (1.029? 1.712). Conclusion: compared with other higher vocational students in China, the mental health of some coal vocational students in Shanxi Province is relatively good, which may be related to the pillar industry and geographical location of our province. However, the state of mental health of higher vocational students is still not optimistic, and the problem of mental health has become an unavoidable problem in school education. In view of the influence of personality and family factors, the following suggestions are made: establishing problem student files through screening; offering mental health courses and related lectures; carrying out colorful campus cultural activities; improving the overall level of teachers; Give play to the main role of college students; strengthen the propaganda of mental health knowledge; cultivate students' interests and hobbies, strengthen the understanding of the major; improve the level of national education.
