论教育连锁经营模式

【摘要】:连锁经营模式作为一种成功的商业模式,是商界健康发展的一股强大推动力。它已不仅仅被视为是企业迅速致富的最佳发展方式,更被视为企业的一项长期的战略规划,从而达到快速占领市场,获得可观市场份额的目的。连锁原本是餐饮业、服务业等商业领域的一项专项经营方式,然而,近年来随着我国经济体制的发展和不断完善,教育领域里的连锁现象悄然兴起。所谓教育连锁经营模式,即在总部领导下,同一个教育品牌,由若干教育分校机构或学校加盟,组成相对统一的联合体,在不同的区域和地方提供相同教育品牌的服务。 教育连锁经营模式的研究是教育管理中的一个新课题,相比商业连锁模式有很多的不同点,简单地套用商业连锁的管理模式是行不通的。对于我国教育连锁经营模式的分类和教育连锁发展过程中所遇到的问题以及解决对策等方面的研究,目前只有中国连锁经营协会在2010年8月出版的《2008中国连锁经营年鉴》中略有涉及,但无论是从广度还是深度来看,研究都不够透彻,很多问题只是一笔带过没有深究。本文以教育管理学和连锁经营理论为基础,以昂立教育集团的连锁经营模式为例,运用系统分析法、比较分析法、案例分析法等研究方法,对我国教育连锁经营模式的利弊和发展对策进行了综合研究。 首先从相关连锁经营基础理论入手,对理论的定义及特征进行了阐述分析,并对国内外关于教育连锁理论研究的现状进行了综合阐述,发现学术界目前对于教育连锁经营模式的分类和其在运行过程中存在的利弊以及解决的对策等问题缺乏全面的理论研究。接着从我国教育连锁业的现状出发,对教育连锁的定义,特许加盟式、直营延伸式、自由组合式三种教育连锁经营模式的利弊进行了系统的阐述,为教育连锁业进行理性的连锁模式选择提供了帮助。之后,运用比较分析法对教育连锁经营模式的优势和风险进行对比,并结合教育连锁企业发展现状找出解决问题的方案。最后,以昂立教育集团的连锁经营模式为案例进行分析,并将分析的结果与教育连锁业相关理论知识有机地结合起来,从政府政策引导、健全法律法规、加强自身内部管理、提高教学质量、鼓励社会资源参与、加快教学手段现代化建设等方面提出相关对策,希望对教育连锁行业以后的发展带来一定|的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Chain business model as a successful business model, is a strong driving force for the healthy development of the business community. It has been regarded not only as the best way for enterprises to get rich quickly, but also as a long-term strategic plan for enterprises, so as to achieve the goal of rapidly occupying the market and gaining considerable market share. Chain is originally a special management method in the field of catering, service and other commercial fields. However, in recent years, with the development and continuous improvement of our economic system, the phenomenon of chain in the field of education has emerged quietly. The so-called educational chain management mode, that is, under the leadership of the headquarters, the same education brand, which is joined by several educational branch schools or schools, forms a relatively unified union and provides the same education brand service in different regions and places. The research of educational chain management mode is a new subject in educational management. Compared with commercial chain mode, it is not feasible to simply apply the management mode of commercial chain. The research on the classification of educational chain management mode, the problems encountered in the development of educational chain and the countermeasures, etc. At present, only the China Association of chain Management published in August 2010 in the "2008 China chain Management Yearbook" slightly involved, but in terms of breadth and depth, the research is not thorough enough, many problems are only a single point of view has not been studied. Based on the theory of educational management and chain management, this paper takes the chain management model of Uni Education Group as an example, and applies the methods of system analysis, comparative analysis, case analysis, and so on. The advantages and disadvantages of China's educational chain management model and its development countermeasures are comprehensively studied. First of all, starting from the basic theory of chain operation, the definition and characteristics of the theory are expounded and analyzed, and the current situation of educational chain theory research at home and abroad is comprehensively expounded. It is found that there is a lack of comprehensive theoretical research on the classification of educational chain management mode, the advantages and disadvantages in the course of operation, and the countermeasures to solve the problems in academic circles. Then proceed from the current situation of education chain industry in our country, the definition of educational chain, franchise, direct extension, free combination of the advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of educational chain management mode are expounded systematically. It provides help for educational chain industry to choose rational chain mode. Then, the comparative analysis method is used to compare the advantages and risks of the educational chain management model, and the solution to the problem is found in the light of the current situation of the development of the educational chain enterprises. Finally, take the chain management mode of Uni Education Group as a case study, and combine the results of the analysis with the relevant theoretical knowledge of educational chain industry organically, from the guidance of government policy, perfect laws and regulations, strengthen their own internal management. In order to improve the teaching quality, encourage the participation of social resources and speed up the modernization of teaching means, the author hopes to bring some reference significance to the development of educational chain industries.
