西宁地区学龄儿童心理行为问题调查分析

【摘要】:目的:了解西宁市学龄儿童心理卫生状况。方法:于2008年以西宁市小学为总体样本,随机整群抽取两所普通小学1~5年级学生900例作为调查对象。采用Rutter儿童行为量表(父母)问卷调查行为问题。结果:以Putter儿童行为量表(父母)问卷总分≥13分为行为问题阳性,共筛查出206例(27.0%),其中女生91例(11.9%),男生115例(15.1%)。有行为问题的儿童中,男生A行为明显多于女童;女生N行为多于男童(χ2=11.772,P0.01)。多因素Logistie回归分析显示,父母文化程度低、伙伴关系不好、家庭暴力、亲子关系不好、父母期望高与儿童行为问题发生密切相关。结论:西宁地区学龄儿童行为问题发生率较高,儿童行为问题是多因素综合作用的结果。
