教育场景中尊重意涵的审思

【摘要】:尊重是一种具有强烈实践意义的价值,对教育场景中的人的生活质量具有重大影响。当前教育场景中尊重缺失与偏误的现状非常严峻,可概括为评价性尊重标准偏差,评价性尊重遮蔽承认性尊重;承认性尊重虚化、误读、浅表化等,这带来恶劣的后果。要让尊重之树在实践中开花结果需要我们:加固制度之根,强壮交往之茎,而所结出的"尊重之果"将是权责平衡之人。
[Abstract]:Respect is a kind of value with strong practical significance, which has great influence on the quality of life of people in the educational scene. The current situation of lack of respect and bias in the current educational scene is very severe, which can be summarized as evaluation respect standard deviation, evaluation respect covering recognition respect, recognition respect vacuity, misreading, shallow presentation, etc, which bring bad consequences. In order for the tree of respect to blossom and bear fruit in practice, we need to: strengthen the root of the system, strengthen the stem of communication, and the "fruit of respect" will be the balance of power and responsibility.
