社会公正领导理论研究

【摘要】:从20世纪70年代开始,教育领导理论出现“从林”景象。进人21世纪以后,这个从林中社会公正领导研究历史虽然不长,但是研究文献却有实质性的增长,短短几年,社会公正领导一跃成为当代西方教育领导研究的三大主流综合范式之一,成为重塑21世纪教育领导专业的一个主流方向。它聚焦于平等、公正等价值和伦理问题,以一种关怀性的价值立场看待教育领导领域,关注学校教育领域乃至全社会的不平等不公正现象。 本论文中,笔者主要运用文献分析法,对社会公正领导理论做了一个较为详细地梳理与阐释,主要内容包含社会关注领导理论的内容构成,社会公正领导的产生与发展,对社会公正领导理论的初步评价与展望,探讨在我国当下学校管理实践运用的可能性与紧迫性。 社会公正领导理论与其他领导理论相比,最令人耳目一新的领导理念是对弱势群体学生的关注与关怀,教育领导者的一切行动都围绕着学生的学业成就而展开。其研究兴起于20世纪90年代末,至今仍处于快速发展时期。它深刻受到了女性主义、社会正义、批判教育等思想的熏陶。在教育领导理论蓬勃发展的浪潮中,社会公正领导理论体现了许多独具的优势,然而毕竟它还处于发展之中,并不成熟,还存在一些局限和不足,时其评价应客观。但我们更应看到其积极的借鉴意义。 国外有很多学者运用实证研究方式探讨了学校领导与管理实践中注重社会公正领导的必要性与现实性。他们不仅探讨了学校中不公正不公平的教育机制,还探讨了在学校中推进社会公正理论及其行动的方法与策略。本论文呈现了校长推进社会公正的行动策略,并基于我国目前的社会背景及学校教育情境,指出我国学校教育中推进社会公正领导的必要性、可能性与紧迫性,进而提出在我国学校管理实践中推进社会公正领导的具体方法和政策建议。诸如校长要以人/社区为本,促进与家长和社区的沟通;校长要勇于促进学校的改进与发展;注重学校领导的前后延续,做好校长的更替工作等。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970 s, the theory of educational leadership has appeared the scene of "from forest". After entering the 21st century, although the history of research on social justice leadership from the forest is not long, the research literature has actually increased substantially, in just a few years. Social justice leadership has become one of the three main integrated paradigms of contemporary western educational leadership research, and has become a mainstream direction in reshaping the specialty of educational leadership in the 21st century. It focuses on the value and ethical issues of equality and justice, views the field of educational leadership from a caring value standpoint, and pays close attention to the unfair phenomenon in the field of school education and the whole society. In this paper, the author mainly uses the literature analysis method to make a detailed analysis and explanation of the social justice leadership theory. The main content includes the content composition of the social concern leadership theory, the emergence and development of the social justice leadership. This paper discusses the possibility and urgency of the application of the social justice leadership theory in the current school management practice in China. Compared with other leadership theories, the most refreshing leadership concept of social justice is the concern and concern for the students from the disadvantaged groups. All the actions of the leaders in education are carried out around the students' academic achievements. Its research began in the late 1990 s and is still in a period of rapid development. It is deeply influenced by feminism, social justice and critical education. In the tide of vigorous development of educational leadership theory, social justice leadership theory embodies many unique advantages. However, it is still in the process of development, not mature, there are still some limitations and shortcomings, and its evaluation should be objective. But we should see its positive reference significance. Many scholars abroad have discussed the necessity and reality of paying attention to the social justice leadership in the practice of school leadership and management by means of empirical research. They not only discussed the educational mechanism of unfair and unfair education in schools, but also discussed the methods and strategies of advancing the theory of social justice and its actions in schools. This paper presents the action strategy of the principal to promote social justice, and points out the necessity, possibility and urgency of promoting social justice leadership in school education based on the current social background and school education situation in our country. And then put forward the concrete methods and policy suggestions to promote the social justice leadership in the practice of school management in our country. For example, principals should focus on people / communities, promote communication with parents and communities; principals should dare to promote the improvement and development of schools; pay attention to the continuity of school leadership and do a good job in the replacement of principals.
