农民工二代移民的后义务教育

【摘要】：农民工二代移民对城市融入有着强烈的诉求,接受后义务教育是他们融入城市的必要途径。目前,流入地城市政策接纳程度有限,农民工二代移民难以获取后义务教育机会,出现身份认同危机和经济整合困难,导致城市融入难以实现。要解决这一问题,长远措施应是深化户籍制度改革,保障农民工二代移民后义务教育机会均等,过渡性措施则是逐步开放流入地城市高中阶段教育并建立健全农民工二代移民职业培训体系。
[Abstract]:The second generation of migrant workers have a strong demand for urban integration, and compulsory education is the necessary way for them to integrate into the city. At present, the degree of acceptance of urban policy is limited, the second generation of migrant workers can not obtain the opportunity of post-compulsory education, the identity crisis and economic integration difficulties, resulting in the city integration is difficult to achieve. To solve this problem, long-term measures should be to deepen the reform of the household registration system and ensure equal opportunities for compulsory education after the second generation of migrant workers. The transitional measures are to gradually open up the senior middle school education and establish and improve the vocational training system for the second generation migrant workers.
