高中心理健康教育与班主任工作整合问题研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济建设的不断深入,社会竞争日益激烈,由此带来的社会性的心理问题不断涌现。学术界、教育界对这一问题展开了不断的探索,并取得了相关成果。能够在青少年时期就拥有良好健康的心理,无疑将有助于个体在未来正确对待和处理社会生活中的各种压力,从而减少心理问题产生的机会。高中时代是人成长的重要阶段,在这一阶段建立良好的心理素质,对人的成长和发展具有不可替代的作用和重要意义。本文针对高中生心理健康教育工作与班主任日常工作的整合问题进行研究。并首先明确了心理健康教育工作、班主任工作、心理健康教育与班主任工作整合等重要的相关概念。并从理论上分析了班主任完成整合工作的优势,以及班主任完成整合工作所具备的理论基础和现实条件。然后文中从整合的理念、原则、目标、步骤、效果保障等方面给出了整合工作方案。课题研究过程中采用了调查、个案研究等方法,在理论研究的基础上结合实践检验,为高中生心理健康教育问题提供一种更加行之有效的解决方案。文章最后给出了整合工作取得的效果并就整合效果进行了深入的反思,列举了整合工作中曝露出的不足之处。高中生的心理健康教育工作任重而道远,需要更多的有识之士的不断求索。笔者希望本文能够有助于高中教学中的心理健康教育工作的进行,为国家和社会更多更好的输送高素质人才
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic construction in China, social competition is becoming increasingly fierce, resulting in social psychological problems continue to emerge. Academic and educational circles have carried out continuous exploration on this issue, and have made relevant achievements. The ability to have a good and healthy psychology in adolescence will undoubtedly help individuals to treat and deal with all kinds of stresses in social life correctly in the future, so as to reduce the opportunities for psychological problems. High school is an important stage of human growth, in this stage to establish a good psychological quality, the growth and development of human beings play an irreplaceable role and significance. This paper studies the integration of mental health education for senior high school students and the daily work of class teachers. At first, the related concepts of mental health education, head teacher's work, mental health education and the integration of class teacher's work are clarified. And theoretically analyzes the advantages of the head teacher to complete the integration work, as well as the theoretical basis and practical conditions for the head teacher to complete the integration work. Then the integration work plan is given from the aspects of integration concept, principle, goal, step, effect guarantee and so on. In the course of the research, the methods of investigation and case study are adopted, and the theoretical research is combined with the practical test to provide a more effective solution for the mental health education problems of senior high school students. Finally, the paper gives the effect of integration work and makes a deep reflection on the integration effect, and enumerates the shortcomings exposed in the integration work. The mental health education of senior high school students has a long way to go and needs more people of insight. The author hopes that this paper can contribute to the mental health education in senior high school teaching, and provide more and better transportation of high quality talents for the country and society.
