课堂教学中教师应答方式差异简析——基于课堂标签效应的问题研究

【摘要】：基于对标签理论、社会分层理论、冲突论取向的理论分析,对当前教师在课堂教学中对不同学生的问题解答给予不同的回应这一问题进行探究,并提出刻板效应的不可避免性、班内学生的层级分化性、教育体制学业成绩的主导性的原因,引导师生积极的归因、促进学生群体内部平等性的实现,为课堂教学中教师应答方式的差异提供了一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of label theory, social stratification theory and conflict theory orientation, this paper probes into the problem that teachers respond differently to the answers to different students' questions in classroom teaching, and puts forward the necessity of stereotyped effect, the hierarchical differentiation of students in class, the leading reasons of academic achievement in education system, the positive attributions of teachers and students, and the realization of equality within student groups. It provides a certain theoretical basis for the difference of teachers' response methods in classroom teaching.
