简论教师教研活动成果的评价

【摘要】：教研活动成果是教育培训机构在开展教学研究活动中总结提炼的教学成果,既有成果的共性,又有成果的特殊性,需要从"管理"、"活动"、"成果"三个方面把握其属性,并建立三级评价指标体系,赋予评价指标相应的权重。对教研活动成果进行综合评价,可以保证教学研究活动的正常有序开展,促进成果的推广与交流,达到教师专业进步、提高教学质量、推进教学改革的目的。
[Abstract]:Research achievements is the education and training institutions to summarize the teaching achievements in teaching and research activities, the existing achievements in common, special and achievements, from the "management", "activity", "three achievements" to grasp its attributes, and the establishment of three level evaluation index system, weight evaluation the corresponding index. The comprehensive evaluation of research results, can guarantee the normal teaching and research activities in an orderly manner, promote and communicate the results to the teachers' professional progress, improve the quality of teaching and promoting the teaching reform.
