神经—肌肉激活方法的多媒体课件研制

【摘要】：依据多媒体技术较多的被使用于现实生活以及计算机技术的较快速度的发展等诸多优势，本多媒体课件的研究主要运用多媒体相关的多种软件技术和相关学科的理论，根据肌肉—神经激活方法的实际需要和发展趋势，研制出一套适合运动员使用的多媒体课件。以便于运动员自主学习使用，进一步促进神经—肌肉激活方法在运动队中的推广和普及,希望通过使用本多媒体课件可以提高运动员的身体素质、减少运动损伤。本文以神经—肌肉激活的课件研制为研究对象。采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、头脑风暴等方法。根据人体生理特征及学习者的接受规律设计出主要多媒体课件的内容，如理论部分、器械的使用、技术示范、练习方法、相关图片等。并独立完成《神经—肌肉激活方法的多媒体课件的研制》的论文及课件，研究结果如下： 1.依据我国神经—肌肉激活方法存在的现状及多媒体课件制作的基本要求，初步完成了《神经—肌肉激活方法的多媒体课件》的课件研制。 2.根据我校对硕士研究生毕业论文的要求，初步完成了《神经—肌肉激活方法的多媒体课件》的毕业论文一篇。此论文可以为我国运动员和提供一个参考学习的平台，也可为以后相关神经-肌肉激活方法的多媒体课件研制者提供参考依据。 3.本课件的动作技术全部由本人独自完成，但由于本人身体素质及知识储备有限、拍摄器械有限，课件中所拍摄的内容还不够全面，今后尚需改进。 4.在后继的研究中应该加入对课件使用后的评价，，以便今后根据使用者的需求对课件进行相应的改进，将神经—肌肉激活方法的多媒体课件应用到具体的实践和训练中。
[Abstract]:Based on the many advantages of multimedia technology used in real life and the rapid development of computer technology , the research of this multimedia courseware mainly uses multimedia related software technology and related disciplines theory , develops a set of multimedia courseware suitable for athletes according to the actual needs and developing trend of muscle - nerve activation method . Based on the physiological characteristics of the human body and the acceptance of the learners , the author designs the contents of the main multimedia courseware , such as the theory part , the use of the device , the technical demonstration , the practice method , the relevant pictures , etc . The paper and the courseware of the multimedia courseware of the neuro - muscle activation method are completed independently . The results are as follows : 1 . Based on the present situation of the neural - muscle activation method and the basic requirement of multimedia courseware making , the courseware development of multimedia courseware courseware based on the neuro - muscle activation method is completed . 2 . According to the requirements of my university ' s graduate thesis of Master ' s Degree , the thesis has completed a graduation thesis of multimedia courseware courseware of neuro - muscle activation method . This paper can provide a reference for Chinese athletes and the platform for providing a reference study . It can also provide a reference for the multimedia courseware development of later related nerve - muscle activation method . 3 . The action technology of the courseware is completely completed by myself , but because of the limited physical quality and the limited knowledge reserve , the shooting device is limited , the content captured in the courseware is not comprehensive , and the improvement is still needed in the future . 4 . In the subsequent research , the evaluation of the courseware after use should be added , so as to improve the courseware according to the needs of the user in the future , and apply the multimedia courseware of the nerve - muscle activation method to the concrete practice and training .
