【摘要】:问题本位校长专业发展模式秉承向问题靠拢、朝实际贴近的理念,赋予了校长专业发展新的理路,其实质是以校长实践为基础,在与问题对话过程中进行自我建构,是校长将知、情、意、行结合于一身的意义探索过程。问题本位的校长专业发展模式蕴含着发展的问题指向性、自我导向性、协作共生性和情境统整性等价值特性,通过问题呈现、合作探究和反思评价等实践运作来促进校长专业发展。
[Abstract]:The professional development mode of the principal based on question is based on the concept of getting closer to the problem and approaching the reality, which gives the principal a new way of professional development. The essence of the model is to construct himself in the process of dialogue with the problem based on the practice of the principal. It is a process of meaning exploration in which the principal will combine knowledge, emotion, meaning and action. The professional development model of the principal based on question contains the value characteristics of development, such as problem orientation, self-direction, cooperation and symbiosis, and situational integration, etc. To promote the principal's professional development through practical operation such as problem presentation, cooperative exploration and reflective evaluation.
