新儒家教育思想对现代学校教育的影响研究

【摘要】:当前,随着中国教育现代化深入,越来越需要有全球眼光和本土行动的教育科学,越来越需要从自身文化传统中汲取营养的教育思想。因此,将现代新儒家作为一个教育流派看待,系统研究他们的教育思想具有很强的历史意义和现实价值。 现代新儒家重视教育在社会发展、人格塑造方面的作用,新儒家的教育理念体现了社会发展与人的发展的辩证统一。现代新儒家的教育理念为确立素质教育的思想提供了丰富的传统资源,对确立以人为本的教育思想、终身教育思想、创新教育思想有着重要的作用。对当前学校思想政治教育工作的开展有着重要的启示作用。 文章着重阐述了新儒家主要代表人物的教育思想,运用这些思想对现代学校应试教育中出现的一些问题给予一定的理论启示,通过对新儒家所提倡的书院教育模式、人文主义教育精神及道德品行意识等优秀教育理念的叙述来解决现代学校教育中所面临的教育思维模式以及道德培养等积弊,这些新儒家教育精髓不仅对解决现代学校教育有着重要启示对于我们建设学校思想政治教育工作也有一定帮助,他们的一些道德培养理念对于我们现今培养学生的思想政治教育意识都有一定的辅助意义。 本论文共分为五部分。 第一部分从研究背景、目的和意义,研究现状及研究方法对“新儒家教育思想对现代学校教育的启示”这个课题作了总体上简单的介绍,为下一阶段的阐述作了铺垫。 第二部分对新儒家教育思想进行较系统的阐述,总结和挖掘现代新儒家教育思想的精髓。 第三部分通过对现代学校应试教育面临的问题进行分析,从当前学校教育的困惑入手,透过毫无乐趣、生机与活力的机械式教学现状,查找深层次的根源,为疾病缠身的应试教育进行科学、理性地诊断。 第四部分从新儒家教育思想与现代学校教育之间的联系入手,系统地概述新儒家与现代学校教育之间的联系、区别和相互作用。 第五部分从现实和理论的角度阐述新儒家教育思想对现代学校教育的启示和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:At present, with the deepening of educational modernization in China, more and more educational science with global vision and local action is needed, and the educational thought of absorbing nutrition from one's own cultural tradition is more and more necessary. Therefore, it is of great historical significance and practical value to regard modern Neo-Confucianism as an educational school and to systematically study their educational thoughts. Modern Neo-Confucianism attaches importance to the role of education in social development and personality shaping. The educational concept of Neo-Confucianism embodies the dialectical unity of social development and human development. The educational concept of modern Neo-Confucianism provides abundant traditional resources for the establishment of quality-oriented education, and plays an important role in establishing people-oriented educational thought, life-long education thought and innovative educational thought. It has an important enlightening effect on the development of ideological and political education in schools. The article emphatically expounds the educational thought of the main representative personages of Neo-Confucianism, and applies these thoughts to give some theoretical enlightenment to some problems in modern school examination-oriented education, and by means of the model of academy education advocated by Neo-Confucianism, The narration of excellent educational concepts such as humanism education spirit and moral character consciousness to solve the problems of educational thinking mode and moral cultivation in modern school education. These quintessence of Neo-Confucian education not only have important enlightenment to solve the problem of modern school education, but also help us to build ideological and political education in schools. Some of their moral training ideas have certain auxiliary significance for us to cultivate students' ideological and political education consciousness. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part gives a brief introduction to the topic of "the Enlightenment of Neo-Confucian Educational thought to Modern School Education" from the background, purpose and significance, research status and research methods, which paves the way for the elaboration of the next stage. The second part systematically expounds the educational thought of Neo-Confucianism, summarizes and excavates the quintessence of the educational thought of Neo-Confucianism. The third part through the analysis of the problems faced by modern school examination-oriented education, starting from the current confusion of school education, through the lack of fun, vitality and vitality of mechanical teaching status, to find the deep-seated root. Scientific and rational diagnosis is carried out for the examination-oriented education of disease. The fourth part begins with the relation between Neo-Confucian educational thought and modern school education, and systematically summarizes the relationship, distinction and interaction between Neo-Confucianism and modern school education. The fifth part expounds the enlightenment and reference significance of Neo-Confucian educational thought to modern school education from the angle of reality and theory.
