革命传统在青少年思想道德教育中的运用研究

【摘要】：革命传统是以中国共产人为代表的无产阶级革命家在中国的革命和建设事业的过程中浴血奋战，艰苦探索所形成的崇高的革命精神，优良的传统作风及坚定的理想信念等等一系列优良品质，这些优良品质对于开展青少年的思想道德教育具有重要而深远的现实意义。有利于增强青少年思想道德教育的有效性，对于坚定青少年的理想信念，树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，培养青少年的集体主义精神和吃苦耐劳的品质，对于青少年养成良好的道德修养都具有积极的意义。目前各个学校均认识到运用革命传统开展青少年思想道德教育的重要性，，所以取得一定的成绩，如革命传统在青少年思想道德教育运用中的内容不断得到丰富，运用革命传统对青少年进行思想道德教育的形式得到不断创新，教育成效也逐渐显现。但目前仍存在运用革命传统对青少年进行思想道德教育的重视程度不够，革命传统在青少年思想道德教育运用中的针对性不强，运用革命传统开展实践教学的机制不尽合理，校园网络坏境构建不够影响革命传统在青少年思想道德教育中的运用等问题。各个学校应充分发挥革命传统的育人功能，不断增强运用革命传统开展青少年思想道德教育的实效性：高度重视运用革命传统对青少年进行思想道德教育的价值引领作用；整合革命传统资源，坚持与时俱进以加强青少年的思想道德教育；开展红色旅游等社会实践活动来进行青少年的思想道德教育；发挥榜样在青少年思想道德教育中的精神鼓励作用；构建校园网络宣传革命传统以加强青少年思想道德教育。
[Abstract]:The revolutionary tradition is the noble revolutionary spirit formed by the proletarian revolutionaries, represented by the Communist Party of China, who fought hard and painstakingly in the course of China's revolution and construction. A series of excellent qualities, such as fine traditional style and firm ideals and beliefs, have important and far-reaching practical significance for carrying out the ideological and moral education of young people. It is conducive to strengthening the effectiveness of ideological and moral education for young people, strengthening their ideals and beliefs, establishing a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, and cultivating the collectivism spirit and hard-working quality of young people. It is of positive significance for teenagers to cultivate good moral cultivation. At present, all schools have realized the importance of using revolutionary traditions to carry out ideological and moral education for young people, so they have made certain achievements, such as the continuous enrichment of the content of revolutionary traditions in the application of ideological and moral education for young people. The forms of ideological and moral education for young people with revolutionary tradition have been innovated constantly, and the educational effect has been gradually shown. However, there is still a lack of attention to the use of revolutionary tradition in the ideological and moral education of young people, the pertinence of revolutionary tradition in the application of ideological and moral education of teenagers is not strong, and the mechanism of carrying out practical teaching by using revolutionary tradition is unreasonable. The construction of campus network is not good enough to influence the application of revolutionary tradition in teenagers' ideological and moral education. Every school should give full play to the educational function of revolutionary tradition, strengthen the actual effect of using revolutionary tradition to carry out ideological and moral education of young people, attach great importance to the value leading role of using revolutionary tradition to carry on ideological and moral education to young people; Integrate revolutionary traditional resources, insist on keeping pace with the times to strengthen the ideological and moral education of teenagers, carry out social practice activities such as red tourism to carry out ideological and moral education of teenagers; Give play to the role of example in the ideological and moral education of teenagers, and construct the campus network to propagate the revolutionary tradition in order to strengthen the ideological and moral education of young people.
