大学新生心理应激的识别与干预研究——以广西某理工科高校为例

【摘要】:了解大学新生常见不良应激事件对于预防和早期干预大学新生身心健康具有重要意义。本研究利用青少年生活事件量表、特质应对方式、心理症状量表对420名大学新生进行问卷调查,并以积极心理学思想为指导,将知识讲座、课堂讲授、团体训练等多种方法手段结合,进行为期一年的心理干预,干预后发现特质应对方式中的消极应对(NC)的分值在降低,积极应对(PC)的分值在升高,前后测的得分存在显著差异;在心理症状量表SCL-90中人际关系敏感、焦虑、偏执、精神病性四个因子上的得分存在显著差异;心理健康各因子及总分与消极应对(NC)分之间均呈正相关,与积极应对(PC)分之间均呈负相关。心理干预有助于提高大学新生积极应对事件能力和心理健康水平。
[Abstract]:It is important to understand the common adverse stress events for the prevention and early intervention of freshmen's physical and mental health. In this study, 420 freshmen were investigated by using the Youth Life event scale, trait coping style, and Psychological symptom scale. Under the guidance of positive psychology, knowledge was taught in class. Group training and other methods were combined to conduct psychological intervention for one year. After intervention, it was found that the score of negative coping (NCC) in trait coping style was decreasing, the score of positive coping (PC) was increasing, and there were significant differences in scores before and after the intervention. There were significant differences in interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychosis in mental symptom scale (SCL-90), and there was a positive correlation between mental health factors and negative coping scores. There was a negative correlation between PC score and positive coping score. Psychological intervention is helpful to improve freshmen's ability to deal with events and their mental health.
