努力开创河南学生资助工作新局面

【摘要】：正2004年,是河南学生资助工作具有里程碑意义的一年,这一年,河南省学生资助管理中心正式成立,国家开发银行按新机制,承办国家助学贷款试点工作在河南启动,到2014年已走过整整10个年头。从单纯贷款到混合多元,从问题突出到率先突破,从举步维艰到全国领先,河南学生资助工作走出了一条筚路蓝缕、勇立潮头的创新发展之路,实现了由自我突围到引领发展的华美蝶变。十年来,河南的学生资助工作得到了各级党委、政府的大力支持,在教育、财政、金融等有关部门的通力合作下,我们克服了底子薄、基础差、难度
[Abstract]:The year 2004 marks a milestone in the work of student support in Henan Province. In this year, the Henan Student support Management Center was formally established. According to the new mechanism, the National Development Bank has started the pilot work on national student loans in Henan Province. A full 10 years have passed by 2014. From simple loans to mixed diversity, from problems to breakthroughs, from difficulties to national leadership, Henan student support work has taken a pioneering road to the creative and development path of boldly building the tide. Realized from self-breakthrough to lead the development of the beautiful butterfly change. In the past ten years, the student aid work in Henan has received great support from party committees and governments at all levels. With the joint efforts of the departments concerned, such as education, finance and finance, we have overcome the problems of poor foundation and difficulty.
