实习师范大专生自我效能感、自尊与主观幸福感的关系

【摘要】：正实习期是师范大专生从学校走向社会的过渡阶段,他们是未来小学教育的主力军。由于他们工作的对象是成长中的儿童,他们的心理健康状况直接影响儿童的学习效率和人格形成。主观幸福感作为心理健康的一个极其重要的指标,努力提高实习师范生的主观幸福感水平,使其拥有高水平的生活质量,以顺利渡过实习阶段,是教育者面临的重要课题。有研究表明,自我效能感和自尊影响个体的主观幸福感。如魏祝颖[1]研究指出大学生一般自我效能感与主观幸福感呈显著正相
[Abstract]:The current practice period is the transition stage of normal college students from school to society, and they are the main force of primary education in the future. Because they work with growing children, their mental health directly affects their learning efficiency and personality formation. As an extremely important indicator of mental health, subjective well-being is an important task facing educators to improve the level of subjective well-being of practical normal students, to make them have a high level of quality of life and to pass through the practice stage smoothly. Studies have shown that self-efficacy and self-esteem affect individuals' subjective well-being. For example, Wei Zhuying [1] points out that there is a significant positive correlation between general self-efficacy and subjective well-being of college students.
