中小学教师工作特征问卷的编制

【摘要】:在文献分析基础上,以工作要求-资源模型为理论基础,通过半结构化访谈和问卷调查的方式从工作要求和工作资源两方面编制中小学教师工作特征问卷。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果表明,工作要求分问卷包含六个因素:工作负荷、情绪要求、学生不良行为、升学考试压力、角色压力和职业道德要求;工作资源分问卷也包含六个因素:组织支持、同事支持、硬件条件、自主控制、工作意义和工作回报。问卷的信效度指标良好,可以作为我国中小学教师工作特征的测量工具。
[Abstract]:On the basis of literature analysis, based on the model of job requirements and resources, a questionnaire on the work characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers was compiled through semi-structured interviews and questionnaires from the aspects of job requirements and working resources. The results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis show that the job requirement is divided into six factors: workload, emotional requirements, students' bad behavior, entrance examination pressure, role pressure and professional ethics requirements; The work resources questionnaire also contains six factors: organizational support, colleague support, hardware conditions, autonomy, job meaning and work reward. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is good and can be used as a tool for measuring the working characteristics of primary and secondary school teachers in China.
