TFA、TF与特岗计划:招募条件的比较与反思

【摘要】:我国从2006年开始启动实施特岗计划,已为农村学校补充了35.6万余名教师。特岗计划政策实施效果总体良好,成为我国农村教师补充的重要机制。其它国家也存在着一些有影响力的教师补充政策,例如美国的Teach for America计划和英国的Teach First计划。将招幕条件作为研究切入口,分析TFA、TF与特岗计划对应聘人员要求的异同和特点,可以为特岗计划招聘条件的完善提供借鉴,进而提高特岗教师队伍的整体水平。
[Abstract]:Since 2006, China began to implement the special post program, which has added more than 356000 teachers to rural schools. The implementation effect of the special post plan policy is good, and it becomes an important mechanism to supplement the rural teachers in our country. Other countries also have influential teacher supplement policies, such as the Teach for America in the United States and the Teach First in the UK. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between TFA,TF and the special post plan on the requirements of the candidates, which can provide a reference for the perfection of the recruitment conditions of the special post plan, and then improve the overall level of the special post teachers.
