教育家办学的现实困境呼唤制度创新

【摘要】：倡导教育家办学是遵循教育规律的客观需要,也是教育纵深发展的必然选择。实现教育家办学需要从身份定位、理念确立和行为选择上把握其现实态势与发展困境,以教育生态的视角,从主体性培养、制度性探索两个方面进行教育家办学的教育生态建构研究。在具体实践中,可以尝试建立内在的生态养成与外在的生态保障,充分发挥教育家办学的主体性,从而推动形成教育家办学的良性发展机制。
[Abstract]:Advocating educators to run a school is an objective need to follow the law of education and an inevitable choice for the development of education in depth. To realize the educator's running a school, it is necessary to grasp its realistic situation and development dilemma from the aspects of identity orientation, concept establishment and behavior choice, and cultivate it from the perspective of educational ecology, from the perspective of subjectivity. This paper explores two aspects of the educational ecological construction of educationalists. In the concrete practice, we can try to establish the inherent ecological cultivation and the external ecological guarantee, give full play to the subjectivity of the educator's running a school, thus promote the formation of the benign development mechanism of the educator's running a school.
