顾明远呼吁:应适当放宽农村教师的编制比例

【摘要】：正北师大资深教授、中国教育学会名誉会长顾明远日前在接受光明网采访时表示,当前,农村学校软硬件设施差,尤其是师资缺口较大,而目前许多教育改革限于城市。他呼吁,应更加关注农村教育的现状,适当放宽农村教师的编制比例,提高农村教师待遇水平。顾明远指出,我国教育的主要问题在农村。一方面,进城务工人员子女随迁城市,许多农村学校学生人数减少,组不成班级,开不齐课程,教育质量难以保证。另一方面,不少农村学校面临师资匮乏、教育经费紧张的
