基于教师网络研修社区的社会性交互研究

【摘要】:随着基础教育课程改革的发展,新课程的全面实施,对教师队伍建设提出了更高的要求。实现教师专业化发展是提高基础教育质量的基础,而教研是在职教师提升自我的有效途径之一。传统的教研方式由于时间、地域、经费等条件的制约已远不能满足教师们发展的需要,网络研修应运而生,成为教师继续教育的新模式。教师网络研修社区以一线教师研修交流为主脉络,为教师们进行交流、学习、培训、研究、反思等提供了理想的环境。 “没有交往与传播就没有社区,没有社区也不会有交往和传播。”交互是教师网络研修社区不可或缺的因素之一,尤其是人与人之间的社会性交互更是关键,它是保证社区网络研修质量的前提。本研究以国内外有关网络虚拟社区中社会性交互的研究成果为基础,先分析了教师网络研修社区中社会性交互的内涵,然后主要利用内容分析法与问卷调查法了解教师网络研修社区中社会性交互的状况,再对社会性交互的系统要素、运行机制及实现方式加以分析,最后提出增强教师网络研修社区社会性交互的策略。通过研究希望能对教师网络研修社区中的社会性交互设计提供指导,进而提高教师网络研修的质量。
[Abstract]:With the development of the basic education curriculum reform and the comprehensive implementation of the new curriculum, higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of the teaching staff. Teachers' professional development is the basis of improving the quality of basic education, and teaching and research is one of the effective ways for in-service teachers to improve themselves. The traditional teaching and research method is far from meeting the needs of teachers' development due to the constraints of time, region, funds and so on. Network research has emerged as the times require, and has become a new mode of teachers' continuing education. The teachers' network study community is based on the first line teachers' study and communication, which provides an ideal environment for teachers to communicate, study, train, research and reflect. "without communication and communication, there will be no community, and there will be no communication and communication without community." Interaction is one of the indispensable factors of teachers' network study community, especially the social interaction between people, which is the premise of guaranteeing the quality of community network study. Based on the domestic and foreign research results on social interaction in the virtual community, this paper first analyzes the connotation of social interaction in the network research community of teachers. Then it mainly uses the method of content analysis and questionnaire survey to understand the status of social interaction in the community of teachers' network study, and then analyzes the system elements, operating mechanism and realization way of social interaction. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategies of enhancing teachers' network research community social interaction. It is hoped that the research can provide guidance for the design of social interaction in teachers' network study community, and then improve the quality of teachers' network study.
