初中生的主要心理问题与调适策略的案例研究

【摘要】:初中生正处于重要的生理和心理成长发育时期,是人从童年走向独立人生道路的转折期。在这一时期内,初中生将初步形成自己的人生观、世界观、价值观,他们以旺盛的精力吸取着周围一切知识,不管好的坏的,他们的心理也在这一时期发生着巨大的变化。有些变化是往好的方面进行的,有些变化将对初中生的成长带来危害。 作为一名教育工作者应根据初中生心理发展的特点采取适当的教育措施,促使初中生发展到该阶段的最好水平。本人担任初中班主任多年,平时在工作中遇到了初中生在学习生活出现的主要心理问题,并试图给以疏导和帮助。 本文通过对工作中积累的案例分析,从初中生的人际交往,学习压力,自我情绪管理三方面出发归纳了初中生常见的主要心理问题:厌学心理、逆反心理、孤僻心理、过失性行为、“早恋”、挫折心理、考试焦虑、不诚信、个性冲动。并针对以上提出的问题结合相关理论资料的学习,综合家庭因素、学校因素、学生自身因素三方面分析其产生的原因。在分析完原因后,笔者联系教学中积累的有价值的经验,和相关理论,提出了提升教师的教育素质,利用学校资源,积极开展各种活动,提高家长自身教育素质的,加强家校合作等方面提出了解决在初中生在初中学习阶段所表现出的的实际心理问题的调试策略。
[Abstract]:Junior high school students are in an important period of physiological and psychological growth and development, which is a turning point from childhood to independent life. In this period, junior high school students will initially form their own outlook on life, world outlook, values, they with vigorous energy to absorb all the knowledge around, no matter good or bad, their psychology has also undergone great changes in this period. Some changes are carried out on the positive side, and some changes will bring harm to the growth of junior high school students. As an educator, appropriate educational measures should be taken according to the characteristics of the mental development of junior high school students to promote the development of junior high school students to the best level in this stage. I have been the head teacher of junior middle school for many years, and I have encountered the main psychological problems in my study life in my work, and tried to give guidance and help. By analyzing the cases accumulated in work, this paper summarizes the main psychological problems of junior high school students from three aspects of interpersonal communication, learning pressure and self-emotion management: the psychology of weariness of learning, the psychology of reversibility, the psychology of loneliness, and so on. Negligent behavior, early love, frustration, test anxiety, dishonesty, personality impulse. According to the above questions, the author analyzes the causes of the above problems from three aspects: the study of relevant theoretical data, the comprehensive family factor, the school factor and the student's own factor. After analyzing the reasons, the author combines the valuable experience accumulated in teaching and relevant theories, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the educational quality of teachers, make use of school resources, actively carry out various activities, and improve the educational quality of parents themselves. This paper puts forward some debugging strategies to solve the practical psychological problems of junior high school students in junior middle school.
