大学新生心理问题的现状调查及影响因素分析——基于蚌埠学院新生UPI测试结果

【摘要】:目的:了解和掌握大学新生的心理问题现状及相关影响因素,旨在为高校开展心理健康教育工作咨以参考和借鉴.方法:采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)对蚌埠学院4361名2013级新生进行心理健康普查.结果:新生心理异常和筛查一类学生人数分别占总人数1.3%和4.8%,新生总体心理健康状况良好,但仍有部分新生心理问题症状表现突出,其中女生心理问题显著多于男生,农村生源新生心理问题显著多于城市生源新生.结论:家庭因素、学校教育、社会环境和个体因素是大学新生产生心理问题的主要影响因素,要帮助他们尽快适应学校生活,需要几个方面因素行成合力,共同探索提升大学新生心理健康水平的有效途径.
[Abstract]:Aim: to understand and master the current situation of college freshmen's psychological problems and the related influencing factors in order to provide reference and reference for the development of mental health education in colleges and universities. Methods: the psychological health of 4361 freshmen of Bengbu University was investigated by using personality questionnaire (UPI). Results: mental abnormality and screening of freshmen accounted for 1.3% and 4.8% of the total number of students, respectively. The overall mental health of the freshmen was good, but some of the freshmen still had outstanding symptoms of psychological problems. The psychological problems of female students were significantly more than those of male students, and the mental problems of rural freshmen were significantly more than those of urban freshmen. Conclusion: family factors, school education, social environment and individual factors are the main influencing factors of mental problems in college freshmen. To help them adapt to school life as soon as possible, it is necessary to combine several factors. To explore the effective ways to improve the mental health level of freshmen.
