【摘要】:当前,我国正处于全面深化改革的关键时期,东部发达城市最先兴起一种广受欢迎的社区学校,即社区“四点半学校”。因为我国放学后教育领域中的该类学校尚处于探索发展的初级阶段,所以,汲取美国发展社区学校的相关经验是有效地探索发展我国该类学校的重要途径,是丰富我国放学后教育的一种重要方法,是推进我国传统学校改革的有益尝试,也是促进我国教育改革发展的必要组成部分。 美国辛辛那提社区学习中心是促使辛辛那提学区公立学校成功的重要改革举措,是美国一流社区学校的体现。美国辛辛那提社区学习中心是以公立中小学为枢纽的社区中心,通过学校与社区合作伙伴建立的各种伙伴关系在学校内向所有学生、家庭和社区提供全天候服务,这不仅促进了学生的全面发展,,而且提高了家庭的生活质量并促进社区的振兴。同时,该类社区学校也为美国发展学习化社会奠定更好的基础。 本文采用的主要研究方法是文献研究法、比较研究法、个案分析法和问卷调查法。本文从美国辛辛那提社区学习中心的产生背景和发展历程、外部环境及其作用、运行及成效和特点及存在的问题等方面对其展开系统的论述。其中美国辛辛那提社区学习中心的外部环境及其作用和美国辛辛那提社区学习中心的运行及成效是论文的重点内容。对应我国相关现状,论文在最后一部分提出美国辛辛那提社区学习中心对我国的启示。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in a critical period of deepening the reform in an all-round way, and a popular community school, that is, "04:30 School", is first sprung up in developed cities in the eastern part of China. Because such schools in the field of after-school education in China are still in the initial stage of exploration and development, learning from the relevant experience of developing community schools in the United States is an important way to effectively explore and develop such schools in China. It is an important method to enrich after-school education in our country, a beneficial attempt to promote the reform of traditional schools in our country, and an essential part of promoting the development of education reform in our country. Cincinnati Community Learning Center is an important reform measure to promote the success of public schools in Cincinnati School District. It is the embodiment of the first-class community schools in the United States. The Cincinnati Community Learning Center in the United States is a community centre centred around public primary and secondary schools that provides all students, families and communities with round-the-clock services within schools through various partnerships between schools and community partners. This not only promotes the overall development of students, but also improves the quality of life of the family and promotes the revitalization of the community. At the same time, such community schools also lay a better foundation for the development of a learning society in the United States. The main research methods used in this paper are literature research, comparative study, case analysis and questionnaire survey. This paper systematically discusses the background and development of Cincinnati Community Learning Center (Cincinnati) in the United States, the external environment and its function, the operation and effect, the characteristics and the problems existing in Cincinnati Community Learning Center (Cincinnati). The external environment and function of Cincinnati Community Learning Center and the operation and effectiveness of Cincinnati Community Learning Center are the main contents of this paper. In the last part of the thesis, the enlightenment of Cincinnati Community Learning Center to our country is put forward.
